Straight Off Our Wall
Every wall has a story. Ours moves.

The person behind it
One idea, one wall, one room that grew
Arti Cafe began as a single counter and one wall waiting to be painted. Vigneshwaran built it on a simple rule — a café should hand people a brush, not just a menu. Every location since has followed the same instinct.
"We didn't want a café that serves art. We wanted a room where art pays rent."
Vigneshwaran, Founder & Creative Director

The kolam card
Not points on a phone. A dot grid you connect yourself, keep in your wallet, and bring back.
Buy a drink, get a blank grid of dots. Connect them into a kolam here or take it home. Every card you bring back gets stamped, and finished kolams are the only ones that count. Fill a set and the room starts giving things back to you.
Drag from one dot to another to draw a line · this is the real thing, just smaller
3 finished cards
Your set goes up on the kolam wall with your name on it, and your next filter kaapi is on the house.
6 finished cards
One free seat at any weeknight workshop. Bring the cards, we'll bring the materials.
12 finished cards
A limited ArtiCafe print, and a say in what goes on the wall next month.
Lost your card?
Then somebody else found a small drawing. That's the deal.
